Q.How can I Order a custom order?

A. You can contact us using our Contact form specifying your order. We will contact you within 24-48hrs with details on payment.


Q. How many Bundles do I need for a full head?

A. We suggest 3 Bundles, if longer than 26inches we suggest 4. If ordering a closure or frontal it depends on how full you like your hair. For a frontal if you dont want your hair too full and the bundles are under 26inches you can use 2 Bundles.


Q. Can I Dye my Hair?

A. Yes, this hair can be bleached and dyed. However we do recommend you consult with your Professional Hairstylist for this.


Q.How long can my hair last?

A. Our hair can last for years with the proper  hair care maitenance that is located on our hair tags.


Q. What is the Refund Policy?

A.  We do not provide refunds on any of our products. However, you  may exchange if the package is untouched, and returned ecxactly how i was received, this is only at the approval of the Owner.


Q. What other form of payment do you accept?

A. If you are outside of the United States. or don't have access to our payment method we will accept Western Union. Contact us using our contact form.



POLICY-


1.Shipping & Handling- Orders Placed online take 5-7 Business Days. Not including Holidays or Weekends.


2.Changes to your Order- Once your order is completed and shipped changes cannot be nmade. However if you contact us within 24hr s afer placing your order we may be able to adjust your order.


3.Refund Policy- We do not provide refunds on any of our products. However, you  may exchange if the package is untouched, and returned ecxactly how i was received, this is only at the approval of the Owner.


IMPORTANT-


-Your Shipping and Billing Address must match in order for your order to be processed.


-You Can Not order online and pick up the order at our location.


-Orders are shipped in the Order they were processed.
